No, these are for storage only. There is 1 outlet, but this is for trickle charging batteries only.

When can I move in:

The projected completion date is October 15th, but you know how construction works around here. We are expecting a move in date of November 1st.

Do you have a dump station onsite:

No, with the KOA dump station so close it didn’t make sense to install our own. The address is 520 River Frontage Rd, Silt, CO 81652.

Do you have a water fill up station onsite:

No, with the Town of Silts water fill up station a few blocks away it didn’t make sense to install our own.

What type of security do you have:

We spared no expense on security with an AI powered camera system throughout the facility and entry gate.

How do I access the facility:

You will have a code to access the front gate and a garage door opener to enter your unit.

Do you offer pick up and drop off concierge service?

Yes, we will be offering that between Aspen and Rifle, although we do not know the price of that yet. If you are interested in it, you are welcome to send us an email to admin@siltjumbostorage.com

How far is it from:

Aspen: 50 min

How do I make a reservation:

Go on siltjumbostorage.com. There you can see all the pricing and pick out your unit. We ask for a $100 deposit, which is fully refundable if you change your mind.

Are there any extra charges:

Yes, each unit is metered separately for their power usage. We expect very low usage for trickle charging batteries.

I don't own an RV

Do I have to bring in my own lock? How is the main gate operated?

For the main gate a code is given when you log in and make the first payment on our website. For your storage unit you get a clicker to open the door without you needing to get out of the car.

What are your hours?

Nothing good happens at night so we have decided to have a schedule of 6am -10pm.

What is the height of your storage units?

They all have an entrance of 14´ tall.

Do you have pest control?

We have a company that does this on a regular basis.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

Yes, we require that all tenants carry insurance for their stored items. Many people can add this through their homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, or we can recommend affordable storage insurance options.

What kind of surfaces do the units have?

All of our units are built with concrete floors to handle heavy vehicles and equipment.

Are the units climate-controlled?

No, our units are not climate-controlled. They are designed primarily for RVs, boats, and large storage items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH payments, and autopay for your convenience.

Is there a minimum rental period?

We rent on a month-to-month basis, but you can also lock in longer terms if you prefer.

Do you require a security deposit?

Just the $100 reservation deposit, which is fully refundable if you change your mind before move-in.

Can I access my unit during winter?

Yes, the facility is plowed and accessible year-round.

Can I transfer to a bigger or smaller unit later?

Yes, depending on availability, you can easily transfer to another unit size.

What happens if I lose my garage door opener?

We can provide a replacement for a small fee.

Is lighting available inside the units?

Yes, each unit has lighting and one outlet for trickle charging batteries.
